1967 109 Station Wagon
Mark Love 109
This 1967 Land Rover 109 Station Wagon received an extensive restoration before being prepared for its new owner, Mark Love.
As the delivery deadline approached, the final days became a familiar restoration-shop scramble. A Rochester carburetor was replaced with a Zenith to correct an over-fueling and spark-plug fouling problem, requiring some creative linkage work. Singing Camel also completed the remaining finishing details and prepared a special owner’s DVD explaining the Rover.
The restoration was completed on June 28, 2007 and the 109 was shipped by enclosed transport. The Love family later reported that they were enjoying the Rover immensely and praised the restoration, rear jump seats, Marc’s guidance and the owner’s DVD.
